Come to Creative Soul Dancing to experience it!

       Due to its nature, Creative Soul Dance is NOT a classical ongoing „dancing course“.
It is a modular,  individual and artistic form of dance that I developed to strengthen personality and to foster creativity. 

Creativity needs freedom.
Freedom needs space. 
Creative SOUL DANCE gives you this space to feel free.

Creative Soul Dance allows you to express your emotions, thoughts, wishes and dreams
through individual movements and improvisation.

It is based on contemporary dance styles, expressive dance and dance improvisation
that are used in dance theater, in pedagogic dancing projects as well as in approaches of therapy.

Where and how will it take place:

Where: in my Creative Hub in Ponichala (see hereunder)

When:  Saturday 15:00-17:00  
The sessions in OCTOBER 2026 are FREE TRIAL sessions.
Register hereunder for any Saturday in which you would like to participate.

LATER on, when the regular sessions start in November,
ADDITIONAL and DIFFERENT day or time can be agreed on WITH THE PARTICIPANTS.

How:
It always starts with a short introduction, followed by some warm-up exercises to relax and get the body ready.

• Creative Soul Dance is holistic: It uses various ways and different types of music to reach body, heart and soul. Emotions connect to movements and movements make emerge emotions.  
• There aren’t any standard steps, no overall choreography. Different melodies make emerge emotions in you and inspire your individual movements – ecstatic or calm, rhythmic or round, melancholic or rebellious, playful or meditative.
• Elements of dance theater, improvisation and experimentation lead then to creative movements.
• Creativity needs a free spirit and mind. Imagination, play and pantomime unlock the mind – so, elements of dance theater will take turns with dancing to melodies. You will connect to others, create and dance alone, in twos or in group. 

There will be breaks and the day ends by exchanging about how you felt in this experience.

Participants: for everybody and any age older than 18
It will be small groups, 9-12 persons. 

Requirements: you don’t need knowledge or dancing experience, just bring curiosity, openness and readiness with you.
No need of perfect English knowledge, just understanding basics of English (if you are German, Italian, Spanish or French, I can complete )

Registration:  Please register for the free trial sessions in the form hereunder.

Fee:  When the regular dancing sessions start in November, the fee will be 25 Lari per session or 80 Lari for the month.
For students 15 Lari per session or 40 Lari for the month. 
Refreshments are included.

About me:

I have worked worldwide as a development cooperation consultant and lived long time in Africa and Latin America, where dancing is an integral part of life in one way or another. In Latin America, where Salsa, Merengue, Cumbia or Tango is coming from, dancing is closely related to emotions, reaching out to to heart relations and even erotic aesthetics. In Africa, dancing is strongly community based, nearly always based on drums.

In Germany, I was attracted by free forms of modern expressive dance, completed numerous training and participated in dance projects (contemporary dance, dance improvisation, fundamentals of dance pedagogy, Authentic Movement in dance therapy). 
For many years, I was also actively involved in dance theater. 

Besides that, I am a writer and mental coach.
My books are published in Germany and some of them in Georgia and in South Corea.

My CREATIVE HUB is in PONICHALA
It is easy to find as it is right on the highway:  Rustavi Highway 34 (kvemo Ponichala).

Just turn at CONNECT towards the big bus stop. 
The entrance to my Creative Hub is on the backside of number 34. 

There is big space for parking.

If you come from outside by bus: 101 (Varketilis IV), 102 Baratishvili, 345 (Vake Bagebi), 346 (Hualing Tbilisi) and all busses going to or coming from Rustavi: 20, 21,22, 23, 24 .
