From October 2026 you will have the opportunity to know SOUL DANCE
and practice it in my Creative Hub.
SOUL DANCE is my creation.
It is expressive dancing, a free, artistic form of dance, based on contemporary dance styles and dance improvisation that are used in dance theater, in pedagogic dancing projects as well as in approaches of therapy.
Expressive dancing thrives on natural body expression and free movements,
and expresses individual emotions.
I call it Soul Dance to highlight that by expressing our emotions through free dancing,
we will let our soul dance.
SOUL DANCE is love, joy, freedom and most of all it is DISCOVERY.
If you love dancing, if you love free style and you are curious to know more about yourself, then Soul Dance is for YOU 💖.
SOUL DANCE is not a „course“, it is a free evolving process of individual expression and dancing experience.
You will learn a lot about YOURSELF – as long and as far as you want to 🥰.
Where and how will it take place:
Where: in my Creative Hub in Ponichala (see hereunder)
When: each Saturday afternoon, 14:00-17:00
How: It starts by a short introduction to the content and the topic of the day, followed by a warm-up. Then we dance to various types of music and various types of expressions. There will be breaks and the day ends by exchange about how you felt in this experience.
Participants: for everybody and any age older than 18
Requirements: you don’t need knowledge or dancing experience, just bring curiosity with you
No need of perfect English knowledge, just understanding of basics (if you are German, Italian, Spanish or French, I can complete 😉)

As the number of participants is limited to 9 persons, you should register soon, if you are strongly interested to participate!

About me:
I have worked worldwide as a development cooperation consultant and lived long time in Africa and Latin America, where dancing is an integral part of life in one way or another. In Latin America, where Salsa, Merengue, Cumbia or Tango is coming from, dancing is closely related to emotions, reaching out to to heart relations and even erotic aesthetics. In Africa, dancing is strongly community based, nearly always based on drums.
In Germany, I was attracted by free forms of modern expressive dance, completed numerous training and participated in dance projects (contemporary dance, dance improvisation, fundamentals of dance pedagogy, Authentic Movement in dance therapy).
For many years, I was also actively involved in dance theater.
My CREATIVE HUB is in PONICHALA
It is easy to find as it is right on the highway: Rustavi Highway 34 (kvemo Ponichala).
Just turn at CONNECT towards the big bus stop.
The entrance to my Creative Hub is on the backside of number 34.
There is big space for parking.
If you come from outside by bus: 101 (Varketilis IV), 102 Baratishvili, 345 (Vake Bagebi), 346 (Hualing Tbilisi) and all busses going to or coming from Rustavi: 20, 21,22, 23, 24 .
